I am Yasujima from the EV design contest executive committee.

The 4th EV design contest will be held in accordance with the Tokyo 
Motor Show in autumn 2019.
In 2018,APEV will hold Workshop as its pre-event with the following 
contents. 

This "EV design contest Car Design Workshop "will be done in Japanese 
language only.

1) Date and time : September 21, 2018 (Friday) 10:00 - 17:00 (with lunch 
　/ break), social gathering is from 17:00 to 17:40

2) Location: Gallery Too @ Toranomon Mori Building 36　Tokyo Japan

3) Organizer: APEV

              /Tools International Corporation

5) Lecturer:  Toshio Yamashita（Commissioner,APEV / CEO, INTERROBANG 
DESIGN INC.）

6) Call for participation of supporters: school teachers, sponsorship 
companies etc.

7) Eligibility: As of April 2019, students 18 years of age or older, 
free to join

8) Number of participants: 30 people on a first-come-first-served basis

10) Participation Fee: Free but transportation costs are borne by you. 
    We offer lunch (lunch box) and beverages.
    We will have a social gathering (free) from 17:00 to 17:45, so if 
    you have time, please join.

11) Items to bring: Please bring writing instruments that you are 
    accustomed to drawing normally.

12) Capacity: 30 people. In case of a large number of applications, it 
    will be on first come, first served basis.
