We have concluded that the contest should be about the role of EVs not only from the viewpoint of transportation but also as a form of mobility that is indispensable to people's lives and what makes people's lives more affluent. Therefore, we have changed the evaluation criteria of the contest as follows: [Old] "Styling (priority is on the completeness of design) + Concept ( explanation of design: story)" [New] "Social Design in 2040 (priority is on the Identification of issues) + Concept (solutions) + Design (visual images as explanation)" We selected "Social design" related to urgent issues such as environmental problems, natural disasters, transportation safety, and energy, as well as the construction of a new social system centered on services.
